Liberty Hill ISD engaged MoakCasey, LLC to conduct an efficiency audit of district operations in accordance with state law. The purpose of an efficiency audit is to review fiscal management practices, evaluate the use of resources, and assess operational efficiency.

This audit was conducted under guidelines from the Legislative Budget Board and incorporates the following data sources:

• Texas Education Agency (TEA) PEIMS data from 2019–2025

• TEA financial data for 2023–24

• Texas Academic Performance Reports (TAPR) 2023–24

• 2024 TEA FIRST Ratings

• 2025 TEA Accountability Ratings

The efficiency audit provides an independent review of Liberty Hill ISD’s operations and is published here in accordance with House Bill 3 (86th Legislature).
